Client Brief
The client wanted a contemporary garden layout with safe, attractive steps, a clean patio for entertaining, and a pergola to frame the seating area. Installation Approach
Retaining Wall Construction
We began by excavating and installing reinforced footings. The retaining walls were built using robust materials suitable for long-term structural support. Drainage channels and membranes were added behind the walls to prevent water build-up and ensure stability.
Porcelain Steps & Patio
Each step tread and riser was cut with exact accuracy to maintain consistent dimensions. The patio and steps were installed on a solid sub-base with a full-bed mortar system designed for porcelain. Grouting was completed with durable exterior compounds to prevent movement and allow easy cleaning.
Pergola Construction
Posts were concreted securely into the ground, ensuring a strong frame. Crossbeams and rafters were installed to create a balanced architectural feature, adding shade and visual structure to the patio area.
