Installation Approach
Slate Patio Installation
We excavated the patio area and installed a solid Type 1 sub-base, followed by a sharp-sand bed to support the slate slabs. Each piece was hand-cut where required and laid with minimal joint lines for a premium finish. The patio was pointed cleanly to ensure durability and water resistance.
Turf Laying
The lawn area was re-graded, levelled, and improved with fresh topsoil. Premium turf rolls were installed and compacted gently to ensure full root contact. Edges were shaped to meet the patio seamlessly.
Pergola Construction
The pergola frame was erected using deep-set posts and reinforced fixings. Crossbeams and rafters were cut to measure, aligned precisely, and treated for long-term protection against weather damage.
