Gardens Design and Build Ltd delivered a full garden transformation for Dave and Tandy in Redhill, combining bespoke batten fencing, quality timber decking, and premium artificial turf to create a low-maintenance, high-end outdoor space. Client Brief
The client wanted a complete garden overhaul that would look sharp year-round without the upkeep of natural lawn and planting. They requested privacy and a clean, contemporary boundary treatment, a durable decking area to link the house to the garden, a lush, consistent lawn finish that would stay green in all seasons, and a garden room to extend their usable outdoor living space.
Our Solution
We began by clearing the existing garden and preparing the ground for a complete redesign. New bespoke vertical batten fencing was installed along the boundaries, providing privacy and a clean, modern backdrop to the garden. A timber decking area was built adjoining the house, creating a smooth transition point between indoors and out, complete with built-in steps down to a lower sunken patio. High-quality artificial turf was then laid across the main lawn areas, chosen for its natural appearance, durability, and year-round good looks with zero maintenance. A bespoke garden room was positioned at the rear of the plot, finished with matching dark timber cladding, decking, and its own turfed area to create a self-contained retreat.
